Raffe Khazadian, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP O+M, CDT — Science & Technology Practice Leader
Principal Raffe Khazadian’s innovative mindset and unwavering dedication to exploring new frontiers in architecture have earned him the position of Science & Technology Practice Leader. His visionary approach continues to push the boundaries of our work. Raffe will lead Ci’s Science & Technology practice in creating innovative environments for the life sciences, manufacturing and physical sciences industries.
Christopher M. Ladd, AIA, NCARB, previously served as the Director of Science & Technology. He will continue to serve as the Vice President and COO of Ci, fostering the company’s growth and managing over 100 employees across five offices.
Brian DiLuiso, AIA, NCARB — Director of Life Science
Principal Brian DiLuiso’s expertise and passion for inspirational life science environments have been instrumental in shaping our projects. He brings over 30 years of success designing Science & Technology facilities including academic discovery labs, biological and chemistry research & development, and pharmaceutical cGMP projects ranging from $100,000 to $150 million. His new role as Director of Life Science reinforces his position as a leader in this specialized field.
Anna Evangelista & Wendy Oberer, Assoc. AIA — Associate Principals
Director of Lab & Manufacturing Planning Anna Evangelista was promoted to Associate Principal for her ongoing contributions to Ci’s Science & Technology practice. She oversees the design of the firm’s life science laboratories, clean rooms, cGLP and cGMP facilities, vivariums, medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing projects. As Associate Principal, Anna will continue to foster prosperous staff and client relationships while leading Ci’s Lab & Manufacturing Planning team.
Wendy Oberer, having demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills, was promoted to Associate Principal. She has proven herself to be a true asset in expanding the firm’s Residential practice. In her new leadership role, Wendy will continue to contribute her skills in managing multi-family project teams and building lasting relationships with new and repeat clients.
Joe Buglino, RA, NCARB & Sujit Mishra, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C — Associates
Joe Buglino’s promotion to Associate is a testament to his continuous growth and valuable contributions to our projects. He will continue to manage complex multi-family developments, including mid-rise apartments with high-end amenities, market rate and affordable housing, while contributing to the overall success of our firm.
Sujit Mishra was promoted to Associate for his dedication to managing quality projects on time and on budget. He brings over 20 years of architectural experience in multidisciplinary sectors such as commercial, religious, educational, residential, government and building conservation.
